How it works
From your framework to a written result, step by step
You choose what kind of result you want, write down what you know, check that the scoring puts people where you would, brand the pages and share one link. Each person who finishes gets a written result, and you get the lead.
From £19 a month after the trial. Card required, nothing charged for 14 days.

Area: Pipeline
Which best describes how new work finds you?
What are the steps?
-
1
Say what you want
A short wizard asks, in plain language, what kind of result you want, who gets it, and when to ask for contact details.
-
2
Write down what you know
Upload a document of your framework, describe it in your own words, or start from a worked example. Zenitro drafts from it.
-
3
Check and brand it
Five tabs, left to right, take you from what is missing to a branded diagnostic ready to publish.
-
4
Share one link
Publish and share your link anywhere. Results are written as people finish, and leads arrive in your list.
Step 1
Which kind of result do you want?
One overall score and a level, a breakdown across several areas, or a match to one of your offers. Then choose whether each person gets their own result or, for the scored kinds, everyone's answers combine into one team report.
- One score and a level: short and shareable
- A breakdown by area: the weakest flagged, what to fix first
- A match: no scores, the offer that fits them
Business Health Check
Your scorecard
Your weakest area. Tighten delivery before you add clients, and here is where to start.
Steps 2 and 3
What happens in the editor?
Five tabs, left to right. Your expertise comes first, because the questions and every result are built from it.
-
1
Ready
What you have so far, what is still missing and how to fill it in.
-
2
Expertise
Your areas, what each level means and your advice. Questions and results are built from this.
-
3
Scoring
Where each level starts and stops, and a check that people land where you would put them.
-
4
Pages
The landing page, the questions and the result, with your colours, logo and wording.
-
5
Share
Publish, get your link, and choose who can answer.
Step 4
What does a prospect see?
They open your branded link, answer one question at a time, and read a result written for them. The result link is permanent and its address cannot be guessed.
- Your branding, the diagnostic's name and a progress indicator
- The questions, one at a time, on any screen
- Name and email at the point you chose, with an optional consent tick
- A short pause while their result is written
- Their level, a chart of their scores and the written result
- Your next step, and a "your result is ready" email when email is on
Revenue Readiness Diagnostic
Growth-Ready
Written for Sam
Sam, your offer is strong and your clients stay. What is holding you back is the pipeline: you said most work still comes from referrals, and that the last quiet month caught you out.
Fix this first: one repeatable way to start conversations every week, before you touch pricing. Here is how I would set it up in your first 30 days.
Afterwards
What do you get?
Everyone who finishes appears in your leads list with their score, level and full result. Analytics show responses over time and how people spread across your levels, and webhooks can send each response to your other tools.
- Leads with scores, exportable as CSV
- Analytics for one diagnostic or all of them
- Webhooks to your CRM on Growth and above

Questions about building a diagnostic
How long does it take to build a diagnostic?
Most of the work is writing down what you already know. Upload a framework and Zenitro drafts the areas, levels and questions for you, so a first version can be ready the same afternoon.
How is the score worked out?
Each answer option carries a score. Each area is the average of its questions, the total is the average across areas with each counting equally, and the total places the person on one of your named levels. Scores are saved when they submit and never recalculated.
How many questions should I ask?
Five to fifteen is a healthy range. Use behavioural answers, which describe real situations, rather than vague one-to-five ratings, and give every area its own questions.
Can I change a question after people have answered?
Yes. Past responses keep the scores they had when they were submitted, and new responses use the new version.
Can I try it before it goes live?
Yes. Preview any diagnostic as a respondent would see it before you publish. Publishing and collecting responses needs an active plan or the 14-day free trial.
