Your plan is the platform. Writing results uses AI, which comes from a simple wallet: every plan starts with credit (£10 on Starter, £20 on Growth, £30 on Pro), a small amount is drawn each time a result is written, and you top up from £10 when you choose.
Add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key in Settings and results are written with no wallet charge at all. You pay your AI provider directly.

Choose a plan and add a card to start a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel or switch plans any time before it ends. The trial is once per account.
If you keep your plan it simply continues. If you cancel first, you are not charged. If a trial lapses, your work is kept and your live diagnostics pause until you pick a plan, then switch straight back on.
