Use case: service finder
Point every prospect at the offer that fits them
A service finder is a short quiz with no scores. Each answer points at one of your services, programmes or paths, and the person is matched to the one their answers point at most, with a written explanation of why it suits them and how to start.
From £19 a month after the trial. Card required, nothing charged for 14 days.
- No scores, just the right next offer
- A written reason, built from their own answers
- A next step button on every result
Which programme fits you?
Your match: The 90-Day Reset
You told us the plan exists but the week keeps eating it. The Reset is built for exactly that: twelve weeks, one weekly check-in, and the habits that make the plan stick.
90-Day Reset
1:1 Intensive
Self-study
Too many options, and the wrong people on the wrong calls
A menu nobody reads
Your services page lists four offers and leaves the visitor to work out which one is theirs. Most do not.
Calls about the wrong thing
Prospects book a call for the flagship when they need the starter, and the first ten minutes go on redirecting them.
Generic recommendations
A "which one are you" quiz gives everyone the same paragraph per offer, however different their reasons.
A worked example
Three programmes, one quiz, and a reason that sounds like you
A business coach offers a self-study course, a 90-day programme and a one-to-one intensive. Each answer in her finder points at one of them. A prospect who says the plan exists but the week keeps eating it is matched to the 90-day programme, and reads why, in her words, with a button to book.
- Each answer option points at one of your offers
- The person gets the offer their answers point at most
- The Scoring tab lets you check people end up where you would put them

What a finder needs to do its job
Three kinds of result
Choose "a match to one of several things" when you start. The other two kinds score people; this one points them somewhere.
A written result for every person
Each person gets advice written from their own answers, including what they typed in their own words. Not one of five pre-written paragraphs.
Lead capture when you choose
Ask for a name and email before they start, before their result or after it, with an optional marketing consent tick.
Your logo, colours and words
Your branding on the landing page, the questions and the result, with your own wording on every screen.
Every lead, with their score
Everyone who finishes appears in your leads list with their result, ready to export or open in full.
Webhooks and integrations
Send each new response to your CRM or email tool, so every match can start the right follow-up.
How do you get started?
-
1
Write down what you know
Upload your framework, describe it in your own words, or start from a worked example. Zenitro proposes the areas, levels and questions for you to review.
-
2
Check it lands people where you would
The Scoring tab shows where each level starts and stops. Take it yourself, read the result, and sharpen your notes until it sounds like you.
-
3
Share one link
Publish, put your branded link in an email, a post or on your website, and every person who finishes gets their own written result while you get the lead.
From £19 a month, free for 14 days
Starter is enough for a single finder on your website. Growth adds webhooks, so each match can start the right email sequence automatically.
Try it as a prospect would
Take the 2-minute sample diagnostic
Answer a handful of questions about your own business and read the result Zenitro writes for you. It is the fastest way to judge whether your prospects would value one.
Questions about service finders
What is a service finder quiz?
A short quiz with no scores that matches each person to one of your services, products or paths. Each answer points at one option, and the person gets the one their answers point at most.
Does it sort people into types?
No. A finder does not label the person. It points them at one of your offers and explains why it fits, in a result written from their own answers.
Can a finder run across a whole team?
No. A match is always one person, one result. Team reports work with the two scored kinds: one overall score and a level, or a breakdown across several areas.
Can the result send people to buy or book?
Yes. You set a next step at the end of the result, with a button and a line of context, such as a booking page or a free trial.
What does it cost?
Starter is £19 a month, Growth £39 and Pro £59, each with a 14-day free trial.
Send every prospect to the offer that fits them
14 days free on every plan, then from £19 a month. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
